Do you offer gift-wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping. If you would like to send your order as a gift, you can check the "Send as a Gift" box at the bottom of the shipping address page during the order process. This will ensure the prices of the items you are shipping are not located on the packing slip. You can even type a personalized message to the recipient!
Do you ship to destinations outside of the USA?
We ship directly to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Pacific, Palau, and the Virgin Islands using USPS Priority Mail. We ship worldwide using Bongo International. For more information, see details below.

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

- 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

How do I find out my shipping cost?
We will be happy to help you estimate shipping. Please contact us. Also, most items have a 'click to estimate shipping' link, available when viewing the item on our website.
Do you have gift certificates?
At this time we do accept gift cards as a form of payment for online orders. Unfortunately, we do not currently sell gift certificates or gift cards online.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so until it enters the shipping process. That is normally at 5pm (EST) Sunday through Friday. If you would like to cancel or change your order, go to our Returns Policy page for instructions. If your order has already entered the shipping process and cannot be cancelled, you can return the item(s) to us. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but cannot refund the shipping charges.
When will my order ship?
Generally, orders placed before 5:00pm (EST) ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm will typically ship in two business days. If we encounter problems with your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

What shipping options are available?
Most items ship via UPS. However, SIM Supply uses a variety of carriers, to help ensure that we get the best rates and delivery times for our customers. A list of carriers can be found at the bottom of the SIM Supply website.
